Rolling Fork El Salvador Small Batch Rum Tequila Yamada Nishiki — also knownFor the inaugural release of their award winning Kentucky Cask Series, Rolling Fork Spirits founders blended a small batch of at least 10 year old rum from El Salvador. To reinforce the subtle sweetness of the aged rum, the founders selected several American Oak Kentucky Bourbon Barrels and rye whiskey barrels to add sweet notes of vanilla, caramel, floral and citrus. To balance these sweet flavors, some of the rum was aged in French Oak port casks
